The LTM4671IY#PBF from Analog Devices is a versatile quad DC/DC step-down µModule regulator. This component integrates switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and support circuitry into a single BGA package.
It supports a wide input voltage range of 3.1V to 20V. The regulator provides dual 12A outputs configurable from 0.6V to 3.3V and dual 5A outputs configurable from 0.6V to 5.5V. Each output voltage is set by a single external resistor. The device features current mode control for fast transient response and ±1.5% total output voltage regulation.
