The LTM4650AEY#PBF is a dual 25A output non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC/DC converter module from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It integrates switching controllers, power FETs, inductors, and supporting components in a compact 144-BBGA package measuring 16.0mm x 16.0mm x 5.0mm. The module operates from a 4.5V to 16V input voltage range and delivers two independently adjustable outputs from 0.6V to 5.5V, each capable of up to 25A continuous current with ±1% DC accuracy.
The LTM4650AEY#PBF features a switching frequency of 600kHz (typical) and includes protection features such as overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). It supports control via an Enable pin with active high logic. The module is designed for commercial ITE (Information Technology Equipment) applications and is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
This µModule regulator is pin-compatible with the LTM4620A and LTM4630A, offering scalability for higher current requirements through parallel operation. The surface-mount BGA package allows for efficient thermal management and space-saving board layout.
