The LTM4637EV#PBF is a complete 20A output high efficiency switch mode step-down DC/DC µModule regulator from Analog Devices. It integrates the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and compensation components in a compact 15mm x 15mm x 4.3mm 133-BLGA package.
It supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, set by a single external resistor. The device achieves up to 88% efficiency at 12VIN, 1.8VOUT. It features overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and output overvoltage protection (OVP).
Current mode control enables fast transient response and allows precision current sharing of up to four LTM4637 regulators for up to 80A output. The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase/current sharing, Burst Mode operation, and output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing. An internal temperature monitor is available via a diode-connected PNP transistor.
