The LTM4627EV#PBF is a complete 15A output high efficiency switch mode DC/DC power supply module from Analog Devices (formerly Linear Technology). It integrates the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and compensation components in a compact 133-BLGA package.
It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V, set by a single external resistor. The module delivers up to 15A output current with a typical efficiency of 93% at 12VIN, 3.3VOUT. Output voltage accuracy is ±1.5%.
Features include overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), remote sense, soft-start, tracking, frequency synchronization, and Burst Mode operation. The current mode architecture enables fast transient response and supports parallel current sharing of up to four modules for 60A output.
