The LTM4620IV#PBF is a complete dual 13A output switching mode DC/DC µModule regulator from Analog Devices. It can be configured as a single 26A output. The module integrates the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and supporting components in a compact 15mm × 15mm × 4.41mm LGA package.
