The LTM4618IV#PBF is a complete 6A DC/DC µModule regulator from Analog Devices. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 26.5V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 5V, set by a single external resistor. The module integrates the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and support components in a compact 15mm x 9mm x 4.3mm LGA package.
With a switching frequency ranging from 250kHz to 780kHz, the device achieves fast transient response and supports frequency synchronization for noise-sensitive applications. Output voltage tracking enables supply rail sequencing. Protection features include overcurrent, overvoltage, short-circuit, and undervoltage lockout. Burst Mode operation is selectable for light load efficiency.
Designed for commercial ITE applications, this surface-mount module operates over a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. It is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected (unverified). The 84-pin LGA package allows for high-density board layouts.
