The LTM4600IV#PBF is a complete 10A, DC/DC step-down power supply module from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It integrates the switching controller, power FETs, inductor, and all support components in a compact 104-BLGA package.
Operating over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V, the module supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V set by a single resistor. It delivers 10A continuous current (14A peak) with up to 92% efficiency, requiring no heat sinks or airflow.
The low profile package (2.8mm) enables use on the bottom of PC boards for high density point-of-load regulation. High switching frequency and adaptive on-time current mode architecture provide fast transient response. Fault protection includes overvoltage and short circuit protection with a defeatable shutdown timer.
The module is surface mount in a 104-BLGA (15x15mm) package and is RoHS3 compliant. It is designed for commercial ITE applications including telecom, networking, servers, and industrial equipment.
