The diode can handle a minimum peak pulse current of 6000A (6kA) for an 8/20µs waveform. It also features a maximum reverse leakage current of 10µA at its standoff voltage and a capacitance of 5.5nF at 0V bias and 10kHz.

 

Designed for automatic pick-and-place assembly and reflow processes, the SMTO-218 package offers a more compact PCB layout compared to traditional through-hole components.
