The LTC7810ILXE#PBF from Analog Devices is a high-performance, dual, 2-phase synchronous step-down DC/DC switching regulator controller. It is designed to drive N-channel synchronous power MOSFETs and can operate from input voltages ranging from 4.5V to 140V, with an absolute maximum rating of 150V.
This controller features a constant frequency current mode architecture, allowing for a phase-lockable frequency up to 720kHz.
