The LTC3805 is a current mode controller for flyback DC/DC converters, designed to drive an N-channel MOSFET. It is suitable for high input and output voltage converter applications.
Key features include an adjustable operating frequency range of 70kHz to 700kHz, programmable overcurrent sensing for short-circuit protection, and programmable soft-start with automatic restart.
