The LTC3803-3 is a constant frequency current mode flyback DC/DC controller from Analog Devices, optimized for driving N-channel MOSFETs in high input voltage applications. It maintains constant frequency operation down to very light loads, reducing low frequency noise generation across a wide range of load currents. The controller provides ±1.5% output voltage accuracy and consumes a low quiescent current of 240μA.
