The Analog Devices LTC3717EUH-1#TRPBF is a synchronous step-down switching regulator controller specifically designed for Double Data Rate (DDR) and Quad Data Rate (QDR) memory termination applications. It utilizes a valley current control architecture, enabling efficient operation with or without a sense resistor.
This controller supports a wide input voltage range from 4V to 36V and can achieve up to 97% efficiency. The output voltage is internally set to half of VREF and is user programmable. It features adjustable and symmetrical sink/source current limit up to 20A and an adjustable switching frequency up to 1.5MHz. The device is stable with ceramic output capacitors and includes a power good output voltage monitor.
