The LTC3622EDE#TRPBF from Analog Devices is a high-efficiency, dual 1A synchronous monolithic step-down regulator. It is designed to operate from input supplies ranging from 2.7V to 17V, offering an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V up to the input voltage. Each channel can deliver up to 1A of output current.
This regulator features ultralow quiescent current, with as little as 5µA when both channels are enabled and less than 4µA with only one channel active under no-load conditions. It achieves up to 95% efficiency and supports constant frequency operation at 1MHz, with the capability for external synchronization. The device also offers selectable modes to optimize for ripple noise or light load efficiency.
Packaged in a compact 14-DFN (4x3) with an exposed pad, the LTC3622EDE#TRPBF is suitable for surface mount applications. Its design includes internal compensation and soft-start, and it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
Applications for this regulator include battery-powered systems, point-of-load supplies, and portable devices requiring efficient power conversion.
