LT3748EMS#TRPBF

The LT3748EMS#TRPBF is a high-voltage isolated flyback controller designed by Analog Devices (formerly Linear Technology). This component is specifically engineered for isolated flyback topologies, enabling high power applications. It drives an external N-channel MOSFET from an internally regulated 7V supply.

A key feature is its ability to regulate the isolated output voltage directly from the primary-side flyback waveform, eliminating the need for a transformer third winding or an opto-isolator. The LT3748 utilizes boundary mode operation, which contributes to a smaller magnetic solution without compromising load regulation. The operating frequency is determined by the load current and transformer magnetizing inductance.
