LT3082IDD#TRPBF

The LT3082IDD#TRPBF is a 200mA low dropout linear regulator designed by Analog Devices. This regulator is architected as a precision current source and voltage follower, making it suitable for applications requiring high current and adjustability to zero volts without a heat sink. It can withstand reverse input voltages and reverse output-to-input voltages without reverse-current flow.

A key feature is its wide output voltage range, adjustable from zero to 38.5V using a single resistor. The device is stable with a minimum of 2.2μF ceramic capacitance on the output.
