LT3045IMSE#PBF

The LT3045IMSE#PBF is a high-performance linear regulator from Analog Devices, designed for noise-sensitive applications. It features an ultralow noise and ultrahigh PSRR architecture, providing 500mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 260mV.

This regulator boasts a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V and an output voltage range of 0V to 15V. Key electrical characteristics include ultralow RMS noise of 0.8µVRMS and ultralow spot noise of 2nV/√Hz at 10kHz. It also offers an impressive PSRR of 76dB at 1MHz. The device operates with a quiescent current of 2.2mA, dropping to less than 1µA in shutdown.

The LT3045 is stable with a minimum 10µF ceramic output capacitor. It includes built-in protection features such as reverse-battery protection, reverse-current protection, internal current limit with foldback, and thermal limit.
