The LT3028EDHC#PBF is a dual, micropower, low noise, low dropout regulator with independent inputs, manufactured by Analog Devices. It is designed for battery-powered systems, offering a low quiescent current of 30µA per output and a very low shutdown current of less than 0.1µA.
This regulator supports an input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V. Output 1 can supply 500mA with a dropout voltage of 320mV, while Output 2 can supply 100mA with a dropout voltage of 300mV. The outputs are adjustable from 1.22V to 20V. The device exhibits low output noise of 20µVRMS over a 10Hz to 100kHz bandwidth.
Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting, and thermal limiting. The LT3028EDHC#PBF is available in a 16-lead, thermally enhanced DFN package (5mm x 3mm) suitable for surface mounting.
