The LT1004MH-1.2 is a 2-terminal bandgap reference diode designed by Linear Technology for high accuracy and excellent temperature characteristics at very low operating currents. It guarantees ±4mV initial accuracy for the 1.2V version and operates with a guaranteed 10μA current, extending up to 20mA.
This micropower voltage reference is suitable for applications such as portable meter references, portable test instruments, battery-operated systems, and current loop instrumentation. It offers very low dynamic impedance and is a pin-for-pin replacement for the LM185/LM385 series with improved accuracy.
The LT1004MH-1.2 is available in a TO-46 metal can package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, making it robust for various environmental conditions.
