The LSS-120-03-L-DV-A-K is a 40-position hermaphroditic (self-mating) terminal/socket strip from the Samtec LSS series. It uses a 0.64mm (0.025") pitch and is designed for surface mount soldering. The contacts are finished with 10.0µin gold for reliable low-resistance connections.
This connector supports flexible stacking heights of 7mm, 8mm, and 10mm, making it suitable for mezzanine board-to-board applications. It is rated for a maximum current of 1.7A per power blade and a maximum voltage of 300 VAC/424 VDC per power blade. The LSS series has a Channel Performance Metric (CPM) of 25 Gbps NRZ, enabling high-speed data transmission.
The connector includes a board guide and pick-and-place feature for automated assembly. It is packaged in trays of 84 pieces, with a tape-and-reel variant (LSS-120-03-L-DV-A-K-TR) also available.
