The Littelfuse LSIC2SD120E20CC is a 1200V, 28A silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky barrier diode designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It features a typical forward voltage of 1.8V at 10A and zero reverse recovery time, enabling extremely fast switching with minimal losses. The device is rated for a maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C.
This diode is housed in a TO-247-3 through-hole package (supplier device package TO-247AD) and is suitable for boost diodes in PFC or DC/DC stages, switch-mode power supplies, solar inverters, and industrial motor drives. The SiC Schottky technology provides positive temperature coefficient for safe paralleling and excellent surge capability.
The part is AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. It is a dual-diode configuration with two 15A legs (total 30A at TC=135°C) and a total capacitive charge of 56 nC.
