The LSHM-140-04.0-F-DV-A-S-K-TR is a 0.50mm pitch, 80-position hermaphroditic connector from the Samtec LSHM series. It is designed for board-to-board applications and supports mated stacking heights of 6.5mm, 7mm, 8mm, and 10mm. The connector is self-mating, reducing inventory complexity, and provides an audible click upon mating. It is shielded for EMI protection and includes a board guide and a polyimide pick and place pad for automated assembly.
Electrically, the connector is rated for 2.0A per pin and 160VAC/226VDC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. Contacts are phosphor bronze with gold finish (3.00µin) over 50µ" nickel. The insulator is black LCP. The connector is surface mount with lead-free solderable terminations and meets SMT coplanarity of 0.10mm max.
This connector is qualified for severe environment testing per MIL-DTL-55302 and is suitable for parallel, perpendicular, and coplanar configurations.
