The Samtec LSHM-120-01-L-DH-A-N-K-TR is a 40 position self-mating (hermaphroditic) connector from the Razor Beam series. It features a 0.50mm pitch and a right angle surface mount termination style. The connector has two rows of contacts with gold plating (10.0µin on contact, matte tin on tail) over phosphor bronze base material. The insulator is black LCP.
Electrical ratings include 2.0A per pin current rating and voltage ratings of 160 VAC and 226 VDC. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. The connector is qualified under MIL-DTL-55302 for severe environment testing and is lead-free solderable.
Mechanical features include a board guide and a polyimide film pick and place pad for automated assembly. The SMT coplanarity is controlled to 0.10mm maximum. The connector is unshielded and uses standard lead style 01. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
