LSHM-110-03.0-L-DV-A-N-TR

The Samtec LSHM-110-03.0-L-DV-A-N-TR is a self-mating hermaphroditic connector from the Razor Beam series, designed for high-speed mezzanine board-to-board applications. It features 20 positions arranged in 2 rows with a fine 0.50mm pitch, enabling compact stacking heights of 5.5mm, 6mm, 7mm, or 9mm. The connector is surface mount with a vertical orientation and includes a board guide for alignment.

Electrically, each pin is rated for 2.0A with a voltage rating of 160VAC/226VDC. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +125°C, suitable for harsh environments. Contacts are phosphor bronze with 10µ" (0.25µm) gold plating over 50µ" (1.27µm) nickel, ensuring reliable signal integrity. The insulator is black LCP, and the connector is lead-free solderable with SMT coplanarity of 0.10mm max.

Design features include a self-mating system that reduces inventory complexity, and mating/unmating forces approximately 4-6 times greater than typical micro pitch connectors for secure connections. The part is supplied on tape and reel with a polyimide pick & place pad for automated assembly. The LSHM series is qualified for severe environment testing per MIL-DTL-55302, making it suitable for demanding applications.
