The LPC2294HBD144/01K from NXP Semiconductors is a 16/32-bit microcontroller built around an ARM7TDMI-S core, offering real-time emulation and embedded trace support. It comes with 256 kB of embedded high-speed flash memory and 16 kB of on-chip static RAM. The 128-bit wide memory interface and accelerator architecture enable 32-bit code execution at a maximum clock rate of 60 MHz.
