The Texas Instruments LP5900SD-3.0/NOPB is a 150mA, ultra-low-noise, low-IQ, low-dropout voltage regulator with an enable feature. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides a fixed output voltage of 3V.
Key electrical characteristics include a low dropout voltage of 80mV typical at 150mA, a low output voltage noise of 6.5 µV RMS, and a high PSRR of 75 dB at 1kHz. The device also features very low quiescent current (25 µA enabled) and virtually zero quiescent current when disabled (< 1 µA).
