The LMZ23603TZX/NOPB is a 3A SIMPLE SWITCHER power module from Texas Instruments. It is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) module that integrates a shielded inductor and power MOSFETs to provide a compact, high-efficiency DC-DC conversion solution. The module operates from a wide input voltage range of 6V to 36V and delivers an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 6V, making it suitable for a variety of applications including commercial ITE equipment, FPGAs, and ASICs.
The module uses peak current mode control and supports synchronous buck, buck, and inverting buck-boost topologies. It features a switching frequency range of 650kHz to 950kHz, which can be synchronized to an external clock.
