The LMZ21701SILR is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) DC/DC step-down power module from Texas Instruments. It integrates an inductor and provides up to 1A output current over an input voltage range of 3V to 17V. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.9V to 6V, making it suitable for a wide variety of low-voltage applications.
The module achieves efficiency up to 95% and uses DCS-Control and constant on-time control modes for fast transient response. It includes features such as enable control, power good, adjustable soft-start, and protection against over-temperature, short-circuit, and under-voltage lockout.
Designed for commercial ITE applications, the LMZ21701SILR operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is offered in a compact 8-SMD module package measuring 3.5mm x 3.5mm x 1.8mm, enabling a small solution size of 35mm² with single-sided layout.
