The Texas Instruments LMZ20501SILT is a high-density nano module designed for DC to DC conversion. This non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) module features an integrated inductor and supports a 1A maximum load current.
It operates within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 3.6V with a feedback tolerance of ±1% over temperature. Key electrical features include a typical switch current limit of 1.7A, a maximum quiescent current of 2.4µA in shutdown, and an efficiency of 91% at light load.
