The LMZ12001TZ-ADJ/NOPB is a non-isolated point-of-load (PoL) module from Texas Instruments, part of the SIMPLE SWITCHER family. It integrates a synchronous buck converter with an inductor in a compact TO-PMOD-7 package. The module delivers up to 1A output current with efficiency up to 92%. Input voltage range is 4.5V to 20V, and the output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 6V using an external resistor divider.
Control is based on constant on-time (COT) architecture, providing fast transient response. Switching frequency is configurable from 200kHz to 1000kHz.
