The LMX2337MX is a monolithic, integrated dual frequency synthesizer from Texas Instruments, fabricated using the ABiC IV silicon BiCMOS process. It is designed for applications requiring two RF phase-lock loops and operates at 550 MHz.
This synthesizer features a selectable dual modulus prescaler (64/65 or 128/129) and a digital phase-locked loop technique for stable, low-noise RF local oscillator signals. It supports a voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
