The LM94022QBIMGX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor. It features selectable linear negative temperature coefficient (NTC) output and a class-AB output structure for strong current capability.
This sensor operates from a low 1.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low 5.4µA supply current, making it suitable for battery-powered systems. It offers four selectable gains for the temperature-to-voltage output transfer function. The operating temperature range is -50°C to 150°C, with an accuracy of ±1.5°C for the 20°C to 40°C range and ±2.7°C across the full -50°C to 150°C range.
The device is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified and manufactured on an Automotive Grade Flow. It is available in an extremely small SC70 package, compatible with the industry-standard LM20 temperature sensor footprint. The output is short-circuit protected.
