The Texas Instruments LM94022BIMGX/NOPB is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor. It features selectable linear negative temperature characteristics and operates over a wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C.

 

This sensor provides high accuracy, with a local sensor accuracy of ±1.5°C for the 20°C to 40°C range and ±2.7°C across the full -50°C to 150°C range. It offers four selectable gains, ranging from -5.5mV/°C to -13.6mV/°C, and features a push-pull analog voltage output. The device operates from a low supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V and consumes a low supply current of just 5.4µA.

 

Packaged in an extremely small SC-70-5 (SOT-353) surface-mount package, the LM94022BIMGX/NOPB is suitable for space-constrained applications. It is footprint compatible with the industry-standard LM20 temperature sensor and is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified, manufactured on an Automotive Grade Flow. The output is also short-circuit protected.
