Bluetooth® connectivity is compliant with v5.0 and backward compatible with earlier versions down to v2.1+EDR, offering a data rate of 1.3Mbps (tested).

The LM842 features a USB 2.0 interface with a maximum throughput of 480Mbps. It supports various security encryption schemes including WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2, WPA2-PSK, and WEP (64bit & 128bit). The adapter is designed for WiFi/Bluetooth® coexistence.
