This sensor provides 9-bit digital temperature readings with an accuracy of ±2°C from -25°C to 100°C and ±3°C over the full -55°C to 125°C range.

 

Communication is accomplished over a 2-wire interface that operates up to 400kHz. The device supports a supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V and features a shutdown mode to minimize power consumption, drawing only 4μA in shutdown and 280μA during operation. It can be connected to a single bus with up to eight LM75 devices.

 

Packaged in an 8-SOIC surface mount package, the LM75BIMX-3/NOPB is suitable for various temperature monitoring applications. Its features include no external components required, power-up defaults that permit stand-alone operation as a thermostat, and UL recognition for the LM75B and LM75C series.
