The LM45BIM3/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor that provides an output voltage linearly proportional to the Celsius temperature. It is calibrated directly in degrees Celsius and offers a linear +10.0 mV/°C scale factor.
