The LM393NG by On Semiconductor is a dual, independent precision voltage comparator designed for single or split supply operation. It supports a wide single-supply range from 2.0 Vdc to 36 Vdc and a split-supply range of ±1.0 Vdc to ±18 Vdc.
This comparator features very low current drain independent of supply voltage, drawing only 0.4 mA. It boasts low input bias current of 25 nA and low input offset current of 5.0 nA. The input offset voltage is a maximum of 5.0 mV. The input common mode range extends to the ground level, and the differential input voltage range equals the power supply voltage.
