The LM393M from On Semiconductor is a dual, independent precision voltage comparator. It is designed for single or split supply operation, accommodating a wide single-supply range from 2.0 Vdc to 36 Vdc and a split-supply range of ±1.0 Vdc to ±18 Vdc. This device features very low current drain, independent of supply voltage, at 0.4 mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a low input bias current of 25 nA, a low input offset current of 5.0 nA, and a low input offset voltage of 5.0 mV maximum. The input common mode range extends to ground level, and the differential input voltage range is equal to the power supply voltage.
