The LM35DT from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor with an output voltage that is linearly proportional to the Centigrade temperature. It is calibrated directly in Celsius, eliminating the need for users to subtract a large constant voltage. This device features a 10mV/°C scale factor and is rated for a sensing temperature range of 0°C to 100°C, with an accuracy of ±1.5°C at 25°C.
