The LM35CAH/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor with an output voltage linearly proportional to the Centigrade temperature. It is calibrated directly in Celsius, simplifying its use without requiring a large constant voltage subtraction. This sensor features a linear +10-mV/°C scale factor and is rated for a full -40°C to 110°C temperature range, with typical accuracy of ±0.5°C at 25°C.
Designed for ease of interfacing, the LM35CAH/NOPB operates from a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 30V and draws less than 60µA of current, resulting in very low self-heating. Its low-impedance output makes it suitable for remote applications. The device is available in a TO-46-3 Metal Can package and is designed for through-hole mounting.
