The LM317MDTRKG from On Semiconductor is a versatile adjustable positive voltage regulator. It is designed to supply output currents in excess of 500 mA over an output voltage range of 1.2 V to 37 V. This regulator is easy to use, requiring only two external resistors to set the output voltage.
Key features include internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation, making it highly reliable and essentially blow-out proof.
