The LM311MX/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a precision, high voltage, floating output comparator. It is designed to operate from standard ±15V op-amp supplies down to a single 5V supply used for IC logic. This comparator features low input currents of 150 nA maximum over temperature and an offset current of 20 nA maximum over temperature.
The differential input voltage range is ±30V. The device consumes 135 mW of power at ±15V.
