The Texas Instruments LM311H/NOPB is a versatile general-purpose voltage comparator designed for a wide range of applications. It features a narrow operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and comes in a TO-99-8 metal can package suitable for through-hole mounting.
This comparator offers a differential input voltage range of ±30V and operates with low input currents of 150 nA maximum and offset currents of 20 nA maximum over temperature. Its output is compatible with various logic families including DTL, MOS, RTL, and TTL, and it can drive loads up to 50V at 50 mA. The device consumes 135 mW of power at ±15V supply.
