Key electrical characteristics include a low input bias current of 25 nA and a low input offset current of ±5 nA. The maximum input offset voltage is ±3 mV. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the differential input voltage range is equal to the power supply voltage. The output saturation voltage is low, at 250 mV when drawing 4 mA. The output is compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS logic systems.
