This device exhibits very low current drain, independent of supply voltage, at just 0.4 mA.

 

Key electrical characteristics include low input bias current of 25 nA and low input offset current of 5.0 nA. The input offset voltage is a maximum of 5.0 mV. The input common mode range extends to the ground level, and the differential input voltage range is equal to the power supply voltage. The output voltage is compatible with DTL, ECL, TTL, MOS, and CMOS logic levels.

 

This comparator is available in an 8-MSOP surface mount package. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is Pb-Free and Halogen Free, meeting RoHS compliance standards.
