The LM2833ZSD/NOPB is a monolithic, high-frequency, PWM step-down DC/DC converter manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is designed to provide local DC/DC conversion with fast transient response and accurate regulation in a compact PCB area. This regulator can drive 3.0A loads and features an internal 56 mΩ PMOS switch.
Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and an output voltage range from 0.6V to 4.5V. The device supports high switching frequencies, internally set at 1.5MHz or 3.0MHz, allowing for the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors.
