The Texas Instruments LM26CIM5-SPA/NOPB is a precision, low-power thermostat designed for temperature monitoring and control applications. It operates within a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers a high accuracy of ±3°C.
This thermostat features a factory-preset trip temperature of 75°C and an open-drain output that can be configured for active low operation. It supports selectable hysteresis, allowing for either 2°C or 10°C, controlled via the HYST pin. The device includes an internal temperature sensor with a VTEMP analog output for after-assembly system testing.
