The LM2575SX-ADJ/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for step-down (buck) switching regulator applications. It is capable of driving a 1A load with excellent line and load regulation.
This adjustable version offers an output voltage range from 1.23V to 37V, with a maximum tolerance of ±4% over line and load conditions. It operates with a wide input voltage range, up to 40V, and features a fixed switching frequency of 52kHz. The device requires only four external components for operation, simplifying circuit design.
Designed for ease of use, the LM2575SX-ADJ/NOPB includes features such as TTL shutdown capability for low power standby mode and internal thermal shutdown and current limit protection. Its high efficiency makes it suitable for various power management tasks. The component is housed in a TO-263 surface mount package.
