The LM2405T is an integrated high voltage CRT driver circuit designed for color monitor applications. It contains three high input impedance, wide band amplifiers that directly drive the RGB cathodes of a CRT. Each channel has an internally set gain of -14 and can drive CRT capacitive loads as well as resistive loads.
Key electrical specifications include a typical rise time of 7 ns with an 8 pF load and a fall time of 5.5 ns. The output swing capability can reach 50 VPP for VCC = 80V, 40 VPP for VCC = 70V, and 30 VPP for VCC = 60V.
