The LM20CIM7X from Texas Instruments is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor. It is designed to operate reliably within a wide temperature range of -55°C to 130°C, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
The sensor functions with a power supply voltage ranging from 2.4V to 5.5V and draws a minimal current of 10µA. Its transfer function is predominantly linear with a slight, predictable parabolic curvature.
