LM193H/883

The LM193H/883 from Texas Instruments is a dual, independent precision voltage comparator designed for low power operation. It offers a low offset voltage specification and can operate from a single power supply across a wide voltage range of 2V to 36V DC, or from split supplies of ±1.0V to ±18V.

Key electrical characteristics include a very low supply current drain of 0.4 mA, independent of the supply voltage magnitude. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, even when operated from a single supply. It boasts low input biasing current of 25 nA typical and low input offset current of ±5 nA typical. The output voltage is compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS, and CMOS logic systems, with a low output saturation voltage of 250 mV typical at 4 mA.

This comparator series is suitable for applications such as limit comparators, simple analog-to-digital converters, pulse and squarewave generators, and wide-range VCOs. The LM193 series is designed for direct interface with TTL and CMOS logic. The device is housed in a TO-99-8 metal can package and is designed for through-hole mounting.

Additional features include radiation guarantees for Total Ionizing Dose and ELDRS Free up to 100 krad(Si). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
